By using one need not wait for no. of days to decide on freight buying nor waste your time in understanding the incomplete quotation from various forwarders. You must try the services of once.

How do I get started on

First go on the website and register yourself using the right no. and business email. Once the details are verified, simply log in and start building on enquiry and follow your dashboard.

What are your phone support hours and language of support?

We work Monday-Friday and our support hours are 10 AM – 6 PM, Indian Standard Time (IST). We are closed on Sat/Sun and on religional/regional/Indian Holidays. Please click here for the list of PYC Holidays in 2017.

We speak English, Hindi and Marathi but can also support in other regional languages when necessary.

What happens after I have booked the shipment?

Thank you. You have made the right decision to book on After the booking, you will get an email from the system that will confirm your booking. Just sit back and relax. A representative of PYC will get in touch with you shortly and handle the entire shipment cycle for you.

He will be dedicatedly assisting you for any shipment related information thereon, even for any assistance in destination country.

Do you have an office at destination that can help us?

Yes, we have our agents in different locations. They can help us for any destination services. Please check with us for any additional services you need.

Can you handle door delivery at destination? Can you handle pick up from residential area?

Yes, please provide us the delivery/pick-up address, and we will check the cost for you.

If I received an Invoice directly from a carrier. What Do I Do?

If you receive an invoice directly from a carrier, then a mistake has been made, and it needs to be resolved. Call us right away at +91 22 400544160 and e-mail us the invoice. This situation can arise because of an administrative error, which could get sort out quickly.

Should we deduct TDS on your Invoice?

Yes, we don’t have any exemptions from TDS and you may deduct TDS on our Invoice. As per the laws, once you have deducted you must deposit the same with the tax authorities and give us the TDS Challan.

When do I pay for the freight? And how?

Payment for the freight and related charges must be done before we issue the BL to you We have flexible ways by which you can pay.
Online – via our payment gateway – using credit/debit/net banking/wallet*
Offline – via usual NEFT/RTGS and cheque/draft (we will consider payment made only on realisation)
*We do not levy any fee when you pay online.

We usually get credit from other forwarders? Can PYC consider some credit days?

PYC has partnered with leading financial companies to offer corporate credit card which can be used to pay the freight. Using this card, you may pay on the website and enjoy upto 45 days credit + grace from the corporate card partner. Contact us to know more

In future, we are also coming up with co-branded credit card which can be used for payments If you are a AAA rated company and/or listed in BSE 500 – then PYC will consider extending some credit days (after seeking necessary approvals from our finance partners)
